Enter inside and be greeted by the lovingly decorated open plan living area with characterful wooden beams and cosy seating making it the perfect spot to sit and relax whilst you're not out exploring all that Cumbria has to offer.

There are two en-suite bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower room and a bunk room with two adult size bunk beds and en-suite shower room. Please note: There are no doors on the en-suites.

There is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with comfy seating and flatscreen TV with Freeview. There is a dining table with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge.

Free WiFi internet is available throughout and there is free allocated parking for one car.

All bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the rental.

One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay by prior consent.

The property is fully non-smoking
